The search of board members and CEO


The requirements for corporate governance have increased significantly in recent years. Both legislators and regulators around the world have responded to the weaknesses of corporate governance and compensation practices with new regulations and codes of conduct. The regulations cover very different areas such as the professionalisation of supervisory and administrative boards, the responsibilities for financial and risk management and the remuneration of top management.

As a result, filling VR positions has become one of the most challenging tasks. It is especially about bringing experience, operational competence and reliability.

The interaction of a well-functioning independent board with the CEO is the prerequisite for success.

The search process
