ILO just published a really interesting report about the mismatch in education across Europe

It seems that the financial crisis had an impact in the last years on the fact that overqualification has risen in a lot of countries across Europe with faible economies.
But that e.g. in Switerland around 30 % of the employees are underqualified and don't match the requirements of the employers surpises and harms the further development of the Swiss economy. No wonder we search so much beyond our borders to find the perfect candidates because obviously they rarely exist in Switzerland.
