Irena worked in the Fashion Sector since 2008 by the opening of the first two New Yorker Stores in Bulgaria. As a former Store Manager she knows the difference between managers and leaders. At IESF Group she focuses on passioned international Executive search on assignments of leading managers in the Sectors Fashion, FMCG, Luxury Goods, Digital and Manufacturing. Irena communicates in German, English and Bulgarian. She is based in Varna.
