Christof finished his knowledge studies with a dissertation on the topic of "Subjective leadership theories - the importance of good leadership for Swiss executives". Over the next 25 years he collected a lot of professional leadership and life experience as a Manager in various industries and functions, most recently as CEO of a medium sized company. Besides leadership coaching and training he is Business Development Consultant for Executive Search and Recruiting projects in Switzerland. He is based in Basel.
